Welcome to ELEV8, a service provided by LSM Blockchain Investments, Inc. This website and our services are operated and maintained by LSM Blockchain Investments, Inc. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with our services. 

1. Services 

We provide education, tools, and community support to help online coaches start, grow, and scale their coaching businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to, online courses, group coaching, one-on-one support, and access to the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE and the ELEV8 ALLIANCE communities, as outlined in your selected package. By engaging with our services, you agree to the scope and limitations of the services provided as defined in your specific package. 

2. Refund Policy 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our automation services. The following refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or additional benefits may be issued, depending on the specific product or service tier you have purchased (ELEV8 MATRIX, ELEV8 OS, ELEV8 CORE, ELEV8 NODE, or ELEV8 BASE). All refund requests and warranty claims are subject to review and approval by our support team. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users.

3. Eligibility for Refunds and Warranties

Refunds or additional benefits are available under specific circumstances, as outlined below, and may vary based on the tier of service or product you have purchased. Claims must be made within the timeframes specified, and all required details must be submitted to qualify for the warranty or refund.

4. Refund and Warranty Conditions

a. ELEV8 OS & ELEV8 MATRIX Warranty

Products/Services Covered: Automation services designed to integrate one (1) core process into your business.

- Warranty Terms:

  - We guarantee the completion of one (1) core process within ten (10) business days from the date all required details are submitted.

  - If the automation is not successfully implemented within this timeframe, you will receive an additional FREE DEDICATED 1-ON-1 ASSISTANCE to ensure its successful implementation.

- Refund Eligibility:

  - Should the automation remain incomplete within thirty (30) business days from the initial start date (provided all required details were submitted), we will refund your full investment, no questions asked.

  - Exclusions: This guarantee excludes delays caused by third-party outages or requests that go beyond the standard automation scope.

b. ELEV8 CORE Warranty

Services Covered: Automation services designed to integrate one (1) daily task automation into your business.

- Warranty Terms: 

  - We guarantee the completion of one (1) daily task automation within three (3) business days (72 business hours) from the date all required details are submitted.

  - If the automation is not successfully implemented within this timeframe, you will receive an additional three (3) months of FREE ACCESS to the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY to ensure its successful implementation.

- Refund Eligibility:

  - Should the automation remain incomplete within seven (7) business days from the initial start date (provided all required details were submitted), we will refund your full investment, no questions asked.

  - Exclusions: This guarantee excludes delays caused by third-party outages or requests that go beyond the standard automation scope.

 

c. ELEV8 NODE Warranty

Products/Services Covered: Entry-level automation services or basic access plans.

- Refund Eligibility: 

  - NO REFUNDS are available for the ELEV8 NODE tier under any circumstances. All sales are final.

d. ELEV8 BASE Warranty

Products/Services Covered: Entry-level automation services or basic access plans.

- Refund Eligibility:

  - No refunds are available for the ELEV8 BASE tier under any circumstances. All sales are final.

 

e. Community Access and Refund Eligibility

  - Applicability:

  - This clause applies to any program purchased directly via the website (www.elev8os.com), including ELEV8 MATRIX, ELEV8 OS, ELEV8 CORE, and ELEV8 NODE.

- Impact on Refunds: 

  - Voluntarily leaving or removing yourself from the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE on Skool does not qualify as a valid reason for requesting a refund.

- Regaining Access: 

  - If you leave the community and wish to return, you may request access again by visiting www.elev8os.com/membership or contacting our support team.

5. Membership Cancelation Process

If registered from the ELEV8 website:

1. Visit www.elev8os.com/membership.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive a one-time login code.

3. Use the code to access your membership portal.

4. Inside the portal, locate and click the "Deactivate" button to cancel your membership.

If registered directly through Skool (ELEV8 BASE Only):

If you are subscribed to the ELEV8 BASE tier, you may cancel your membership directly through the Skool platform by managing your subscription in your Skool account settings.

6. How to Request a Refund or Claim a Warranty

To request a refund or claim a warranty benefit, you must contact our support team within the specified timeframes and provide all necessary documentation, including proof of purchase and details of the issue. We reserve the right to assess each claim to ensure compliance with this policy.

- We may update this refund policy AT ANY TIME, but changes WILL NOT affect existing warranties or refund claims in progress.

7. Third-Party Platforms 

We utilize third-party platforms, including Skool.com Inc., to deliver portions of our services, such as the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE and ALLIANCE communities. By using our services, you agree to comply with Skool’s Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for any limitations, restrictions, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms used to deliver our services. 

8. Payment and Compensation 

Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of services. Available service packages include: 

ELEV8 MATRIX: $20,000 for 1 year of access or $12,000 for 6 months of access 

ELEV8 OS: One-time payment of $5,000, then $97/month after 6 months 

ELEV8 CORE: One-time payment of $1,500, then $97/month after 3 months 

ELEV8 NODE: One-time payment of $997, then $97/month after 3 months 

ELEV8 BASE: $97/month

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified by us. Failure to make timely payments will result in the suspension or termination of services, including access to the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE and ALLIANCE community. 

9. Community Membership and Conduct 

Clients enrolled in any service package gain access to the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE, our Skool-based community. We reserve the right to remove any user from the ELEV8 COLLECTIVE and ALLIANCE if they fail to comply with community rules or fail to make all required payments. Community rules will be provided upon joining and are subject to updates at our discretion. Removal from the community does not entitle the Client to a refund. 

10. Independent Contractor 

LSM Blockchain Investments, Inc., operating as ELEV8, acts as an independent contractor. Engaging with our services does not establish an employer-employee relationship between the Company and the Client. Neither party has the authority to bind or obligate the other in any way unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 

11. Guarantee of Services 

We aim to provide high-quality education and resources to help clients build and grow their online coaching businesses. However, the effectiveness of our services depends on your full participation and completion of the required activities as outlined in your package. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial success. 

12. Disclaimer 

Our services are designed to educate and support clients in starting, growing, and scaling their online coaching businesses. We make no guarantees of specific financial results, as outcomes depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred while using our services.

 

13. Release of Liability 

You agree to release LSM Blockchain Investments, Inc. and its affiliates from any liability for damages or losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, under any theory of law, including contract or tort (negligence). Your use of our services is at your own risk. 

14. Governing Law 

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. 

15. Modifications to Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service AT ANY TIME. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any modification signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. 

16. Entire Agreement 

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and LSM Blockchain Investments, Inc., operating as ELEV8, concerning your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
